NEW DEFROSTING METHOD

Reid (Federal High Commissioner), Sir John ; ; Taverner (Agent-General for Victoria), and several experts inspected a parcel of beef, mutton, and lamb frozen for 10 weeks and defrosted by MacMeikan's process. The meat was considered highly satisfactory; by all, and was of excellent appearance.
