PRICE OF BUTTER.

[by telegraph.-—press association.] Dunedin, Monday. The Taieri and Peninsula Milk Supply Company announces a reduction in the price of its butter by 2d per lb. The company reports that supplies are now increasing slowly, and that a further reduction will take place at an early date. The' report concludes : " Never in the history of the company have we been so short of butter." • '
