Although a substantial amount of money stands to the. credit of the Manukau Yacht and' Motor Boat Club's clubhouse fund, the members have decided upon a better structure than was originally intended, and an . endeavour: will be made, by the issuing vf £1 debentures, to raise the necessary extra 'money • forthwith.
