RECKLESS BEHAVIOUR.
A sequel to the mild sensation caused in Onehunga on Sunday by an intoxicated man flourishing a revolver was the appearance of Michael Luther at the Onehunga Police Court yesterday, to answer charges of drunkenness and being found in possession of firearms. Luther expressed regret for his action, of the previous day, and stated that drink "was tho cause of his ' reckless behaviour. He promised to leave firearms alone in future, and consented to a prohibition order being issued against him. Luther was prohibited for 12 months, and fined £2, in default seven days' imprisonment.
