London, June 22. Mr. Murray (Premier of Victoria) has thoroughly .reorganised the emigration department, of the Victorian Agent-GeneraVs Office. He is investigating the. working of railways electrification, particularly in Leeds and Newcastle. He has been the moving spirit in the conference of State Premiers, with a view to the Commonwealth agencies combining their offices.
