A FARMER KILLED

[BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Hamilton, Sunday. Near Whatawhata yesterday morning, the body of Robert Brendan, who recently sold his farm at Matamata and took up land at Tuhikaramea, was found jammed under the wheels of his upturned waggon, which was loaded with timber. He had taken one load out on Friday, and started just before dark with a, second. It is thought that ita the dark ho got off the road and tho vehicle overturned. The deceased leaves a wife and two children, tho eldest being 14 years old
