BROKEN HILL'S EXPERIENCE.
Tub co-operativo wood and bakery businesses started at Broken Hill (N.S.W.) by the combined unions during tho 1909 strike have not proved a financial success, and meetings have been hold frequently of late to decide what to do with them. A mass meeting of unionists has now boon called to five a final decision. The businesses wero started with a great flourish, of trumpets, and a largo sum of money has boon eunk in them.
