THE Auckland Land Beard met yesterday, and decided. to throw open the following sections for selection under the optional system: —Section 40, Block VII.. Awakino North S.D., 20 acres, at 30s per acre; section 101. Rnapekapeka parish. 207 acres, 10s; section 148, Whangapo parish, 602j acrci, 15s; section 5. Block X.. Whareorino 8.D., 269 acres. 255; section 1, Block VI., Tutamoe S.D., 234 acres, 225; section 105, Kuapelsal>eka parish, 564 acres, 10s. By public auction:— 3, suburbs of KawaKawa, 7 acres 2 roods 15 perches, ati £2 per aero. . , r National endowment under renewable leiise: —Sections 41, 42, 43, 60, 51, 52, Block Li.. Patetere North 8.1).. 300 acres 1 rood 37 perches, at 12s 6d. per acre. ,y-t.
