NO NEED FOR ALARM. - [BE ; telegraph.—own correspondent.] Wellington, Wednesday, i In regard to the, report from Te Kuiti . thai the settlers of Mahoenui and Manga- , ronj;a, in the King Country, bad not been supplied with census papers, the Governi raent statistician, to whom the matter was referred to-day, said that he had not yet received any information of the omission. There was, he said, no need for the- Te Kuiti people to be alarmed or to fear that these settlers would i not be counted in the census. Practically every newspaper in New Zealand had an advertisement'on Monday, describing: how people who had beet 1 , missed in the distribution of schedules, could obtain, them i from enunw- ' raters. In the case. of Mahoenui, the enumJ?ator was Mr. C. Bowden (Te Ay/amutu), and Mr. George Moor (Pahiataa) 1 was the enumerator for the Mangaronga 1 district. Written application to those officers for schedules would receive all pro- ' per consideration. '
