The new programme . presented by West's provided .excellent entertainment to a crowded house at the Royal Albert . Hall last evening.. The' beauty of old Father Thames is demonstrated in the fine picture . Oxford to Richmond. "Tho Clown and the Minister" and "River Life in Rural Franco" are subjects that strongly appeal to each and all. : Plenty of genuine amusement is provided by the comic films. A matinee is ; announced for to-morrow afternoon, at 2.30.
