London, January 20. Sir J. W. Taverner, Agent-General for Victoria, is urging the London port authority to amend the schedule charging double rates on wines of, more than 20 degrees alcoholic strength. He pointed out that injustice to Victoria would be the result of giving preference to lighter foreign wines.
