■""' 'London, January 21. The Daily Mail publishes a leading article, and two columns of special news in support of the Australian Commonwealth's protest against the Declaration of London, relating to the laws of naval- warfare.
A meeting of the Swansea Chamber of Commerce carried a resolution of protest against the Declaration of London. - '.
The Chamber," of Shipping, representing nine-tenths of the British shipping will shortly discuss condemnatory resolutions.
Already several individual chambers have protested against the Declaration.
Throughout ; the. Kingdom increasing protests are made in condemnation of the Declaration of London, which is regarded as prejudicial to British interests in times of peace, and a menace to safety in war time.
