Malcolm, M.P., gave an address this evening on the subject of Imperial unity, The hall was filled, the attendance Including the Mayor of Dunedin (Mr. Cole) and others, who had travelled a considerable distance to hear Sir Malcolm speak. The following resolution was carried: — ''That the time, has come for the federation of the British Empire under an Imperial Parliament." The suggestion has ,>een made ■ that Mr. Malcolm should give iiddres&es throughout the Dominion, and fji reply to a question he said he would ladly give his address in any centre, provided he was invited to do so.
