TURKEY AND ROUMANIA.
STOLEN DOCUMENTS. By Telegraph.— Association.Copyricht Constantinople, December 28. The Sofia correspondent of the newspaper Janin reports that all the secret documents in the Turkish Legation there have been stolen. The theft is attributed to a desire on the part of Bulgaria for evidence regarding Turko-Roumanian relations.
