VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE.
BIGGER STEAMSHIPS. By Telegraph.— Association.— Vancouver, November 23. On an assurance from the Dominion Government that the Union Steam Ship Company will be given a renewal of the mail contract for a sufficient term of years to justify the construction., the company will place 12,000-ton vessels on the route.
