TROUBLE IN MEXICO.
A REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT TROOPS ORDERED OUT. By Telegraph— Association.— Copyright. (Received November 20, 6 p.m.) New York, November 19. Senor Madero, a former candidate for the Presidency, states that a revolution in Mexico is inevitable if arms, money, and ammunition are available. Despatches from Mexico City state that _ 100 have been killed in riots among the Pueblos Indians. •At a political meeting directed against President Diaz a woman shot the chief of police, and a bomb explosion killed a dozen people. The troops have been ordered out. THE THREATENED INVASION. NO SIGN OF THE MEXICANS. New York, November 18. Marathon, a small Texan town, has guaranteed that its armed citizens will retort if the expected attack is made by a party of invading Mexicans. (Deceived November 20. 6 p.m.) 'New York, November 19. The Mexicans have not appeared in Texas, and tranquillity has been restored at Marathon. RIOTS ONLY A BLIND. According to a New York cable published in the Australian papers last week revolutionary refugees in Texas assert that the anti-American riots were only a blind for covering a widespread revolutionary movement in Mexico, the leaders of which had seized on the lynching incident as an opportunity to gather their forces without interference. . The situation in Mexico is said to be complicated on account of the diplomatic difficulties existing between the United States and Mexico over the Matter's friendly attitude towards the former Nicaraguan President, General Zelaya, who is charged with the murder of two American subjects. The Mexican Foreign Minister recently visited Washington and offered a settlement, which, however, was not sufficiently satisfactory to be acceptable to the United States Government.
