TARIFF RECIPROCITY.
CANADA AND THE STATES. By Telegraph.— Association.— Copyright. Received November 12, 1.10 a.m.) Ottawa, November 11. Tee Tariff Reciprocity Conference has ended. Mr. Fielding (Minister for Finance) states that the ground has been cleared for a conference in Washington, probably in January. The delegates had separated, hoping that the January meeting in Washington would lead to a satisfactory arrangement. Canada ; sought the. freer admission of natural products into the United States; Americans wanted openings for their manufactures in Canada.
