Tbiggs, editor of Christchurch Press, addressing the Toronto Canadian Club, strongly urged closer intercourse between Canada and New Zealand, and said that the latter was doing her part, including a preference tariff, steamer communication with Vancouver and Montreal, and the establishment of I a Press Agency at Vancouver.
