SUSPECTED PLAGUE.
FOUR DEATHS IN SUFFOLK. By Telegraph.— Association.—Oopyright. (Eecoired October 2&, 10.30 p.m.) London, October 26. Mb. John Burn's (President of the Local Government Board) announces four deaths from suspected plague at Freston, Suffolk, between September 16 and 29. There have been no cases since. A bacteriological examination showed that three dead rats and a hare were infected with plague. Every precaution is being taken, including the extermination of rats.
