RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONARIES
ARRESTS IN POLAND. By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright St. Petersburg, October 3. The police at Cracow, Poland, raided a revolutionary organisation of Russian refugees, and arrested 30 ringleaders. They discovered a waggon load of Mannlicher rifles, Browning pistols, dynamite, grenades, and compromising documents.
