Notice is hereby given that the East Tamaki Road Board proposes to raise, under the provisions of " The Local Bodies' Loans Act. • 1908," and "The New Zealand State-guaran-teed Advances Act, 1909," a Special Loan of £3000 for the following objects: — Improving and Metalling with blue broken metal the Main Roads in the East Tamaki District, including the Great South Road and the other Principal Roads in the District, and for paying • the Engineering charges and contingencies in connection therewith. , The proposed security is a Special Rate of One Farthing in the Pound (£) on the Capital Value of All Ratable Properties in the East Tamaki Road District, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in 73 equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposed loan being 36* years.
