A public meeting, at which Mr. Arthur Withy will speak on the struggle for the "British Budget and the land question, at Home and abroad, will be held at St. James's Hall this evening. Mr. Withv, who arrived from England on Sunday, will conduct. a five years' campaign for land reform, under the auspices of the .Tosooh Fek fund, and in connection with tho New Zealand Single Tax League.
