London, September *27. The jubilee of the Church Congress opened yesterday at Cambridge, its birthplace, 4000 attending.
The topics include Prayer-book revision, the relation of episcopal to non-episcopal bodies, the recent movement in philosophy and its relation to religious belief, and boy labour.
