ARGENTINE SHIPPING.
FOREIGN VESSELS BARRED.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received September 27, 9.15 p.m.) London, September 27. The Board of Trade calls attention to the law promulgated on August 22, which is to be operative within 60 days, limiting coasting trade in the Argentine to vessels under the Argentine flag, and confiscating foreign vessels with their cargoes detected contravening the law.
