Tailoring. IN THE END YOU WILL COME TO GEORGE DAVIES. The British rneo is conservative—slowto change its methods. And we are purer British stock in New Zealand than in most parts. That is possibly why my proposition of Cash Tailoring was at first accepted cautiously by the men of the Dominion. 111 the end YOU who have not yet trusted me will order your Suits at George Davies. But look at the present cost to yourself. Every suit you are ordering elsewhere takes iroin your pocket at least £2 more than I ask. My genuine tailor-made suits to order are m a class by themselves. Each one is made to WEAR —to retain its shape—to give you the current style in tailoring—to enable you to dress better and to pay exactly what it costs lo produce YOUR suit, without having to share in the payments of the merchant tailor's bad debts. The position is so simple—so favourable to YOU, that eventually George Davies is the tailor you will give your suit orders to. And the question is—Why not now ? The mi its I am producing for Cash are as well nigh perfect as- it- is possible to make them. It is quality that counts— that which I am giving. I challenge any ordinary tailor to give clay-in and day-out, tho same value at the prices I ask. He cannot do it—because he is inundated with credit orders. He must handle cash somewhat, and the "good marks" havo to help him. But not when you order at George Davies. You have learned how expensive a suitcan be. You can save by my modern methods, £2, to be spent elsewhere. I will prove to you that a suit to your measure can be perfect without being highpriced, or I WILL BETUIvN ' YOU YOUR MONEY. Among the thousands of suits T have made, not one per cent, lias been returned to me. And when you consider that I made for thousands of country residents —men 1 have never seen, and who order by letter—you will admit that this record is marvellous, and a powerful recommendation for you to come to me for your next. YOU ARE THE ONE I wish to conveit to MY CASH TAILORING .SYSTEM—YOU. Figure it out —if I can make you exactly the same suit to measure (or better) us you wear now, for £2 less —isn't it worth coming for? A minute or two's reflection will convince you it is. And 1 let it go at that for the present. If you cannot, call, 1 will send patterns. Post freo to your door. dust ask. 555, 635, 75s FOR GENUINE TAILORMADE SUITS TO ORDER—for Cash. GEORGE DAVIES, LTD"THE MODERN TAILOR," 46, Queen-street and 30, Ilarangahape Road. AUCKLAND
