Notice i 3 hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Huutiy Town Board, held on THURSDAY, tho 19th day ot May, iyio, it was resolved, by way ot Special Oruer, that the Huntly Town .board' ao make and enact a By-law. the object and purport of which is as follows: — Paragraphs 1 and 2 contain the introduc- ' tory clauses. J Paragraphs 3to 6 contain provisions re- '■ lating to the regulating ol tramc on the ' streets and roads of the Town District. ' Paragraph 7 prohibits plying l'or hire or " engaging in heavy traffic without"" license from the Board. Paragraph 8 defines " heavy traffic" and f " owner." Paragraphs 9 to 11 deal with licenses and the conditions under which . they will be issued by the Board. Paragraphs 12 to 14 deal generally with the regulation of heavy traffic, and the mean 3 by which the weights of loaded vehicles may be arrived at. ' Paragraphs 15 to 17 provide for printed forms for application for and granting of building permits, and provide that intending builders must deposit a Bum of money with the Board as security for the repair of footpaths when damaged by carting over them j of buildinsr materials.
