[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Sunday. •At the Supreme Court yesterday, Edward Wilfred Kelly and Alexander Driscoll were convicted of assaulting George McAlister in . Wellington, with intent to rob him. James Cummings and John Fennessy were found guilty of assaulting John Joseph Patterson, in Wellington, and robbing him of a watch. Sentence in each case was deferred till Monday. Herbert Bridge Thornton, charged with forgery and uttering at Wanganui, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, and Douglas Leighton to three months on a similar charge. *
