FALLING OFF IN TRAFFIC. By Telegraph.—Press Association— London, May 18. Statistics of the various railway companies in Britain show the following decreases in passenger traffic on the railways of the United Kingdom during 1909: First class 1,565,103, second class 3,325,562, third class 8,367,823.
