ONEHUNGA • LEAGUE. The Onehunga Cricket League brought'the first season of its existence to a close with a highlj enjoyable social 'at the ; Foresters' Hall ! on Friday : night, when there, was a large muster of cricketers and friends, including Mr. F. W. Lang, M.P. - An excellent programme was \ provided, consisting of musical items, -toasts, and addresses. During the evening the' shield: and 'caps; were presented to the winners of the competition, the ' Methodist Cricket : Club.' . The shield, which is a - handsome one, • was designed, . made, and ' presented to the; league by Mr. H.
