At the Supreme Court to-day Joseph .Walker, a seaman, was sentenced to nine ;;-;:;months' imprisonment on a charge of stealing a lady's dressing case on the steamer Moeniki. James Stevens, who : pleaded at Dannevirke to a charge of wounding with intent, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Henry Wil- : •. liamson, on two charges of theft at Stratford,, was sentenced to three months' - imprisonment. ,
