New York, April 16. Field - Marshal Lord Kitchener has arrived at New York from San
Francisco.
In an interview he stated that Britain, was at peace with all the world, but the surest safeguard of peace was always to be ready. In the army and navy of the future, , the navy must be the first consideration, whether for defence or offence.
