DECISION OF CABINET. - "CANNOT REOPEN THE MATTER." The following telegram was sent by Mr. J. S. Dr. Findlay, and the Hon. Mr. Fowlds, by the .deputation in Auckland, on the 16th ult., were fully considered - by Cabinet yesterday, and it was decided that the Government could not reopen the matter."
