Harle Giles, Commissioner, to deal ■ with the industrial dispute between the L Auckland J Builders', Contractors', and General Labourers' Union of Workers and- ; : v? their employers. ;• The claims dealt with i the " hours *of labour, overtime, , holidays, minimum rates of pay, country work, piece- ;.;.,'J work, tools, preference, scope and term ofthe award. The assessors for the employer? were Messrs. Geo. Fraser and H. Beaneye while Messrs. 0. Mason, E. Corbett; and T. Hayes represented the employees., Messrs. C. G. Knox and C. Grosvenor »p- i; . peared for various employers, and Mr. ArM for the union.
