"Timaru, Wednesday. The second express, with school cadets returning from Christchurch, arrived at 4.20, an hour'.'late; owing to a late start and delays on the route. The''majority of the cadets had had nothing to eat since early breakfast, bht they arrived cheerfully _ and rested after a trying time from too hard work in the hot weather.; and loss of sleep. Otherwise the boys said they had had a good time, but some say they would not like it over again.
