Referring to Sir Frederick Bordern's statement that Canada is doing more than Australia, Mr. Joseph ; Cook (Federal Minister for Defence), states that 6s per head,was only about half as much as Australia proposed to spend on sea and land. Mr. Deakin failed to see that Canada was doing more than, Australia.
