[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. Robert Henrt Parker, an elderly man, was knocked down by a tramcar in Manners-street, about 10.30 on Saturday night, and was removed to the hospital in an unconscious condition, the base of his skull being fractured. Parker was employed as cook in a boarding-house in the city. He is still insensible.
