Ottawa, November 20. The Canadian ... Estimates total £25,500,000, an increase of £3,000,000 on last year's. The. sum of £600,000 has been allotted for the construction and maintenance of the ships for the Canadian navy and the upkeep of the dockyards at Esquimalt, on the Pacific coast, and Halifax on the Atlantic. -
