Meade's Betty Vivian" is for girls; John Finnemore's "His First Term," for boys; and " The Attic Boarders," by Raymond Jacberns, for boys and girls. These books are in solid, coloured, and pictured covers, and are bound, printed, and illustrated in the best style. While such attractive books are being issued by the score, children certainly cannot complain of being neglected by publishers. .■■■■'..-
