KING MANUEL IN ENGLAND.

London, November 17. „ King Manuel of Portugal met with a cordial reception on the occasion of his visit to London, where' he was the guest of the city at luncheon at the Guildhall. A civic address was presented. ; f At Windsor the young King was created a Knight of the Garter. Britain and Portugal have renewed the treaty of arbitration for five years. ■
