Defendant /'was alleged to have paid wages under the •iiuiumum ■- provided in the bakers and .pastrycooks' award. The point on which decision was deferred was that raised by defendant that he had supplied the emiployee in -question with goods, making op r more than the balance between the actual wages .pa id and the minimum provided in the award. His Worship ruled 'that the Wages should be paid in full, except where actual board and lodgings fwere provided, and for such concessions las bread, milk, etc., no 'difference could 'be made in the wages. Defendant would be convicted and fined £2, and the employee would also be convicted and fined lOs! . -
