ANARCHY IN BUENOS AYRES
CHIEF OF POLICE KILLED. By Telegraph.— Association.— Buenos Ayres, November 15. A youthful anarchist, apparently a Russian, threw a bomb in Callaostreet, Buenos Ayres, killing Senor Falcon, prefect of police, and his secretary,' who were driving past. •
The murderer attempted to commit suicide, but was prevented from doing so, and is now a captive.
Owing to the assassination martial law has been proclaimed in Buenos Ayres.
