ENTERTAINMENTS.
"A BACHELOR'S HONEYMOON." Last evening His Majesty's Theatre was again filled to overflowing, when the Hugh J. Ward Company played "A Bachelor's Honeymoon" for the third time. The farcical situations were greeted with hearty laughter. In his interpretation of the unfortunate alleged bachelor Mr. Ward gave xirominenco to the humour of his part, and hisipfforts were most successful. Miss Grace Palotta. with Mr. Ward, was a great contributor to the mirth of the audience, who kept, up a ripplo of laughter from start to finish of the piece. Miss Rose Musgrove as Marianne, the lady with a " clue in 'or 'ead." caused much amusement, and played remarkably well. Miss Celia Ghiloni and Mr. Reginald Wykeham portrayed other prominent characters in this side-splitting farce. The piece will be] again, staged this evening, and every evening until and including Tuesday next. OPERA HOUSE. There was a large and enthusiastic audience at the Opera House again last night, when a popular programme of pictures was submitted. The following are some of the best films:—"The Old Bachelor's Find," "The Little Violet Seller," "The Black Hand," and " The Electrio Street Fan." The same bill will be presented to-night, and for the rest of the week. ROYAL ALBERT HALL. . An entire change of films will be screened at the Pathe Pictures to-night. The star subject is " Shanghaied," a dramatic picture, dealing with what is practically a modern version of the press gang. Other films are " Historical Ruins," an art scenic subject; "Winter Sports," "Saved by a Dream," and "A Childless Home," and some good comedy films. , ' TIVOLI THEATRE. The last, exhibition of the current week's programme was given last night before an appreciative audience. To-night there will he the usual weekly change. Chief among the new pictures will be "Shanghaied," said to bo one of the most exciting, dramatic films over projected. " Historical Ruins" is a scenic gem of animated photography. -..-■; TABERNACLE GYMNASTIC CLUB. The chief features of the annual concert of the Tabernacle Gymnastic Club, held in the Tabernacle schoolroom, were the gymnastio displays given by members of the club, under the instructor (Mr. L. 0. H. Dawson), to the accompaniment of Miss N. Moses. Musical items were given by the orchestra, under tho direction of Mr. A. V. Carbines, by Miss Eileen Mitchell and Messrs. G. E. Adams and Cecil Prime, and humorous items by Mr. A. V. Carbines. Mrs. Kempton made a presentation of medals to tho four members of the club who had made most progress during the season.
