A PAINTER'S DISMISSAL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Tuesday. The Arbitration Court concluded its Napier sittings this morning, and adjourned to meet at Wellington on Thursday. Judgment was reserved in a case in which Bull Bros, appealed, against a decision of the magistrate fining them for dismissing at man from their employ on no other ground, it was alleged, than that he wasjwcretary of the Painters' Union.' • —A
