BANK FRAUDS.

London, October 8. Harry Benson, found, guilty vof frauds in connection with Feltham's Bank last year, has been sentenced to five years' penal servtiude.

Benson, a financial agent, was, with a bond broker named George Petty, charged with conspiracy to defraud in '■ connection with the International Securities Corporation and Feltham's Bank, of which they were lately directors. Both the concerns in question are now in liquidation. Counsel f-r the prosecution alleged that a total sum of £189,000, representing the savings of poor people, had been . defrauded by the International Securities Corporation, and £500 by Feltham's Bank.
