Business on the Stock Exchange on Saturday was confined to mining lines. Waihis ■were sold at £9 10s, with further buyers at £« 9s 6d, and sellers at £9 10s 6d. Talismans firmed, selling at 53s 3d and 53s 6d, as against 57;. the highest sale made on Friday, and closed with buyers at 58s 6d, sellers 59?. Grand Junctions were done at 51s 9d and 51s 6d, inquiries being made for more at the latter figure, with sellers at 525. Waihi Consolidated* sold at 5s 3d, and Waihi E-xtcndeds at 5a lOd.
