A BOMB OUTRAGE.
TURKISH SOLDIERS KILLED. By Telegraph— Association.— Constantinople, September 3. An explosion occurred on a, train carrying troops between Uskub and Mitrovitza. The explosion was caused by a dynamite bomb, and is supposed to be the work of Albanians. A number of soldiers were killed.
