Clement Wragge supplier, the following forecast from Greymouth :—The penumbra of the disturbance named:"Anclfses"' is now overlapping New Zealand, especially the northern districts. Expect, winds from between east and north, shitt- ' ing thereafter to w>at and south-went, rising seas, and more rain. The conditions are very suspicious west and north-west from the Three Sings. Shipping advised.
