MAGISTRATE'S COURT
JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
Debtors who appeared in the Magistrate'* Court yesterday ,on judgment summonses were ordered by Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., to pay the following amounts or go to gaol for 'the terms' stated. In each case the warrant was suspended for a certain time: — Bollard and Wood v. R.yJ. Harrison, schoolmaster, Huia, £9 14s 2d, in default 10 "days' imprisonment; T. Buxton v. J. J. O'Brien, indent agent,_ Auckland, £6 3s, in , default soven 'days', imprisonment; R. .He' Abbott and Co., Limited, v. Alex. Smith, settler, Auckland, £46 3s, in default one month's imprisonment; ■W. W. Otter v. Joseph Woodhall, labourer, Auckland, £1 9s 6d,in default 24 hours' imprisonment; Bollard and Wood v. Wra, Hamblyn, labourer, Auckland, £1 IBs Bd, in default 24 hours' imprisonment (order suspended as long as debtor nays 2s 6d per week); Schneidemau Brothers v. Arthur McKeon, labourer, Ponsonby, £l_7s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment; Wilson and Horton v. Henry Wilding, accountant, Auckland, £17 10s, in default 14 days' imprisonment; Edward Claro Blomfield v. Jas. Wilson" Taylor, pensioner, Auckland, £2 13s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment; Mary Josephine Rogue v. Geo. H. Hawke, clerk, Auckland, £5 13s, in default seven days' imprisonment.
