THE TRIPLE ENTENTE. Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.— Copyright.
St. Petersburg, August 4. The Bourse Gazette says that although the word " treaty" was not mentioned in the speeches of either King Edward or the Tsar during the honouring of the toasts at the banquet on board the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert, the understanding between Russia, Britain, and France had evidently taken deep root.
