AUCKLAND RUGBY UNION. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby Union \v aß postponed from last, evening until Saturday afternoon next on account of the death of Judge Edgcr, a relative of the secretary (Mr. 0. V. Langsford). WAIHI RUGBY UNION. [BY TKLICUKAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Waihi, Wednesday. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Waihi Rugby Union was held last evening in the .Sterling Hotel, Mr. Moore presiding. Mr. Ray. of the Waihi East School, wrote. stating that, a combined train representing the cast and South schools would plav the Central school team on Saturday next. As a curtainraiser to the union fixtures it was decided that Hie Waiiete and Mataiirn second and third grade teams should meet on Saturday. It was resolved to play three rounds of clip fixtures, with power to add. Mr. McWhirter reported that the grounds would he ready for Saturday's matches Waitete seniors will play Waihi seniors on No. 1 ground and Mataura 11. and Waitete 11. will meet on No. 2 ground. •
